A. The root cause of thunder thighs is metabolism hormone imbalance in the body, so the best results for these areas will come from a plan that addresses these imbalances through food and nutritional supplements. However increasing the fibre in your diet and reducing your intake of spicy food – Curries, Other Chinese dishes, Thai food etc. is very very helpful as this improves hormone balance in these areas. From an exercise perspective toning is important but go for higher repetitions (about 20) and lower resistance and avoid too many hip/thigh exercises overall.
